What is the research behind ZQ?
Zamit Quotient (ZQ) is the world’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven, measurable future readiness indexing system that analyses and guides individuals towards success in the 21st century and beyond. Based on research and its findings conducted in collaboration with QAI (a UK-based certification, assessment and benchmarking body) and led by Dr. M. M. Pant in 2019, Zamit divided ‘future readiness’ into nine categories and developed a
nine-dimensional ZQ.
ZQ is not an abstract concept, but a recommendation engine that enables its users (e.g.,
students and
teachers) to identify and successfully meet the requirements necessary to become truly future-ready. Improving one’s ZQ is a continuous process. While the future readiness indexing system recognises prior learning and experience, it also assesses aptitudes, skills and abilities, and logs participation in various
engagements.
