Our webinars, symposia, and other teacher
training programmes fall under the category of
Continuous Professional
Development (CPD) because that is the universal term used to describe the
learning activities professionals, including teachers, engage in when trying to
develop their abilities.
Recorded and
evidenced lifelong learning is a National Education Policy (NEP 2020, Section
5.15) stipulation, which states schoolteachers are required to participate in at
least 50 hours of
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities every
year. Zamit enables teachers to meet these requirements by offering them a wide
range of CPD programmes and a platform for self-development and independent
study. Each of
Zamit’s CPD programmes are certified by QAI, UK.
At
Zamit, CPD includes everything from educational events (e.g., seminars and
conferences) to training courses (e.g., workshops, webinars and online
eLearning programmes). It can also include sharing best practices and reading
articles in order to keep up to date with the latest developments in education.
We believe that by taking advantage of the offerings and participating in the
activities we offer, teachers can continuously enhance their skills and, as a
result, ensure that their academic and professional qualifications remain
relevant and their mandatory annual CPD requirements are met.
